ImageNo, that’s not our ages. Actually it would have to be “Filthy Fifty plus” if we were talking about ages. We had a last minute change of plans this morning (at 5am) and decided not to go to the boat but to the box instead. Hence we got to WOD the Filthy Fifty at CrossFit Mt Lebanon. And yes, every discipline had to be repeated 50 times.

50 Box jump, 24/20 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 35/25 lb
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45/35 pounds
50 Back extensions/superman extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20/14 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

Trying to organize almost 40 athletes in the box was quite a feat but Coach Brad sorted us all so we didn’t end up waiting for equipment or running into each other. It took a while to finish and for those of us, me and one or two others, who couldn’t quite manage the Rx requirements, there was scaling. However, I have a good feeling of accomplishment now that it is done.

Spending the rest of the afternoon slobbing on the couch. David went for a short 31 mile run this morning. Took him 5 hours. Nice job.             Enjoy.   Joanna
