ImageMy foot missed the box this morning at CrossFit but my shin didn’t. Picked myself up and carried on. Does this make me a true CrossFitter now? (Similar to horse riding – I was always told you had to fall off and get back on a horse 7 times before you could consider yourself a proper horse rider.)  Deadlifted 100lb today; just need another 20lb for Rx.
