Today was an odd day. Everything seemed off kilter, probably because of the start of DST. Went for a walk around the reservoir at lunchtime. It was beautiful. All the ice is gone. In the afternoon Paul set to and made his flopper stopper. It is his version of one he saw online to help slow down the roll of the boat when we are at anchor. And to be honest, when you cruise the western end of Lake Erie anything that helps will be huge. And while he worked, I watched the world go by and the last remnants of the snow melt.  Image

Forgot it was Mother’s Day in the UK but did call my Mum. I’m sure there was something else but I can’t remember what it was. Can’t have been important. Had a good chat with Anna and David. Hope you had a great weekend and are fully recharged to the upcoming week.   Joanna
